Pina y Lola
Pina y Lola was born from the vision of Laura Marcano, an Oregonian who made Seville her home 16 years ago. Named after her two grandmothers—Lola, from Mexico, and Pina, from Puerto Rico—the bar reflects Laura’s vibrant mix of cultures and her lifelong passion for wine.
A WSET Level 3 Certified Sommelier with over 15 years of experience, Laura has specialized in sherry wines, collaborated with Michelin-starred restaurants, worked in five-star luxury hotels, and taught at the University of Seville. After years of dedication to the industry, she is now realizing her dream of creating her own space.
At Pina y Lola, guests can enjoy a carefully curated selection of wines paired with thoughtful tapas. The bar also hosts wine tastings and offers the possibility of private events and functions.
More than a wine bar, Pina y Lola is a community-driven space built on sustainability and a love for good wine, good music, and good food. Whether you are a seasoned wine lover or just beginning to explore, the goal is for every guest to leave with a little more knowledge—and a lot of good memories.
